It has come to our attention that there may be some spoons that were sold since our recent dinner wear launch that may not meet our high wear and or breakage expectations.
Feedback received from two customers indicates their spoons are showing signs of splitting. This is of concern to us. We recommend to cease using the spoon and wait for your replacement to be sent.
Our design incorporates a stainless-steel rod to add rigidity to the handle but the feedback received indicates some spoons may be prone to tearing at the neck/head or breaking if excessive force or abnormal bending occurs.
Rommer is a brand recognized for quality and functionality. In the interests of total transparency, we feel we must alert all of our customers to what may be a potential risk. Please let your family and friends know if you have gifted them a spoon.
Rest assured we are busy revisiting and rectifying our spoon to make it safer and more resilient for your families. Naturally, replacement spoons will be sent to all order recipients at the earliest possible time. Please notify us of any change of address.
